Centralized
Operational Design

The facility is built on a centralized control architecture, ensuring streamlined operations across departments. It is fully supported by a robust power backup system, including two DG sets for uninterrupted plant functionality and three UPS units dedicated to maintaining continuous operations in the Quality Control laboratory.

Engineering Material Warehouse

A well-organized warehouse is maintained for storing engineering materials, ensuring efficient inventory management and quick access to critical components.

Fabrication & Repair Workshop

An in-house workshop is
equipped for fabrication and
repair tasks, enabling timely maintenance and custom engineering solutions.

Dedicated Utility
Zones

Separate areas are designated for essential utilities, including:
Boiler House,
DG Room,
Chilling Plant Section

Electrical
Infrastructure

The electrical system is compartmentalized into distinct rooms for: High Tension (HT) Panels, Low Tension (LT) Panels, Distribution Panels

Air Quality & Water Purification Systems

Air Handling & Ventilation

Two purpose-built, well-covered, and ventilated technical areas house the Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fresh Air Damper Valves (FDVs). These systems are engineered to:

Deliver filtered, temperature- and humidity-controlled air across all production zones

Maintain cleanroom standards and positive pressure environments

Integrate with Building Management Systems (BMS) for real-time monitoring and control

Support GMP compliance by minimizing airborne contamination risks

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment

A dedicated RO plant is installed to ensure consistent supply of high-purity water, fully aligned with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. Key features include:

Multi-stage filtration to eliminate particulates, organic matter, and microbial contaminants

Automated sensors for continuous monitoring of TDS, conductivity, and pH levels

UV sterilization and post-treatment polishing for pharmaceutical-grade water quality

Continuous flow design to support uninterrupted utility and process water requirements

Together, these engineering and utility systems form the backbone of the facility’s infrastructure, ensuring operational
excellence, regulatory compliance, and a safe, hygienic environment for manufacturing and quality control.
